Amazing service and even better food. Definitely recommend over and over again. If you want the best for your event, their quality it top-notch. They took care of my wedding in late 2018 and my guests are still talking about the amazing food.

Got catering at a hall by them and they were prompt and very professional. The food was outstanding and it was a hit at the party. Will certainly look into hiring them again. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the food ... forgot to as it was so good.

I had Diamond Catering cater for my daughter's quinceanera last week. Guests are still mentioning how delicious the dinner was. The initial appointment along with the follow ups as the event gets closer was pleasant and they were ready to meet my needs. The whole staff is very professional. The food IS phenomenal!! Diamond Catering is simply amazing! Their food is great, their presentation is always astonishing. I highly recommend their services. I have used their services many times from sit-down service, buffet style with servers, and drop off. At all occasions, I have been extremely satisfied with their services. I will be calling them time and time again.

These people catered for the Mother/daughter event at my daughter's high school which was provided by the district of Socorro ISD. The lunch was absolutely delicious! My daughter and I were so impressed. They served us chicken breast smothered in a gravy with mushrooms, some rice, salad and a roll. They also provided a small bag of sugar cookies made by them homemade for dessert. I can't say enough about how delicious everything was. They also had excellent service. The staff was friendly, they were all wearing smiles.

Picked up menudo this morning and it's sooo delicious. This menudo is perfectly made, not too greasy, no salt needed, not too spicy, enough pozole and meat..perfect. Plus a free coffee and extra bread! You are our new go to place!
